Showing request to signed lease
A selective, manual process designed to protect current tenants, reduce surprises, and make expectations clear before anyone moves forward.

Submit the full showing request
Start with a complete showing request for the specific home. Each adult who would live there must submit a separate request, and every request is reviewed manually before a showing is approved.

Attend the showing if approved
If approved, we will coordinate a limited showing window that respects the current tenant and gives you a real chance to decide whether the home is the right fit.

Apply when you are ready to move forward
Applications are processed in the order received and may take 2 to 5 business days. Once you decide to move forward, submit the online application promptly so your place in line is clear.
Use that processing time to review the sample lease documents carefully.

Review and sign the lease package
If approved, you will have 24 hours to review and sign the lease package to secure the home.
