Rental Process
How we rent homes

Request a showing
First, you request a showing for the property. This tells us some basic information about you, but nothing too personal.

View the property
If your showing request is approved, a showing agent will reach out to you to arrange a date and time to view the property in-person.
Shortly after the showing, we begin processing applications in the order received.

Submit your application
We process applications in the order received, so you should submit your application as soon as possible. If you use our online rental application, you can apply immediately once your showing is approved.

Move-in
If your application is approved, you will have 24 hours to review, sign, and return all necessary documents, and pay the first month’s rent to secure your rental.
We will be there to greet you on move-in day and answer any questions you might have about your new home.
