Our exceptionally well maintained and clean homes are priced competitively.
All leases are 12 months or longer and your rent is locked in the entire time.
Renting means you won't be hit with big expenses like a new roof or furnace.
We are a small team with more than 20 years of experience managing and maintaining rental properties.
First, you request a showing for the property. This tells us some basic information about you, but nothing too personal.
If your showing request is approved, a showing agent will contact you to arrange a date and time to view the property in-person.
Shortly after the showing, we begin processing applications in the order received.
We process applications in the order received, so you should submit your application as soon as possible. If you use our online rental application you can submit your application as soon as your rental showing is approved.
If your application is approved, you will have 24 hours to review, sign, and return all of the necessary documents, and pay the first month's rent in order to secure your rental.
We will be there to greet you on move-in day and answer any questions you might have about your new home.
